Industrial Fans and Blowers

The product range includes CDD Direct Drive Plastic Fans, CMV Belt Drive Plastic Fans, FRP Axial Fans, FRP Centrifugal Fans, PVC and Polypropylene Blowers, and CRDV In-Line / Roof Mounted Plastic Fans. Available configurations cover direct drive, belt drive, axial, centrifugal, in-line, roof-mounted, duct-mounted, and horizontal in-duct installations.

Thermoplastic and FRP fans are designed for corrosive ventilation applications where conventional metal equipment may be unsuitable. PVC and polypropylene models provide corrosion-resistant construction for chemical gas streams, while FRP axial and centrifugal fans support applications including chemical plants, wastewater treatment, scrubbers, and laboratory fume hoods. Material selection should reflect the process chemistry and operating conditions.

Selected models are available with spark-resistant construction, including PPs-EL and graphite-impregnated options. Explosion-proof motor options are also identified for applicable products. The listed products cover airflow ranges from smaller systems up to high-volume industrial ventilation applications. CDD and CMV plastic fans are listed up to 6,000 CFM, while FRP fans cover 6,000–50,000 CFM. PVC and polypropylene blowers and CRDV fans are listed from 50,000–125,000 CFM. Actual performance depends on system resistance and configuration.

Direct-drive fans mount the impeller on the motor shaft, supporting a compact design and quiet operation. Belt-drive fans separate the motor from the impeller, providing configuration flexibility for certain systems.
