Industrial Plastic Fans

The range includes CDD Direct Drive Plastic Fans, CMV Belt Drive Plastic Fans, FRP Axial Fans, FRP Centrifugal Fans, PVC and Polypropylene Blowers, and CRDV In-Line / Roof Mounted Plastic Fans. Configurations cover direct drive, belt drive, axial, centrifugal, in-line, roof-mounted, duct-mounted, and horizontal in-duct installations.

Depending on the model, construction materials include PVC, polypropylene, spark-resistant PPs-EL, and fiberglass reinforced plastic. Material selection should reflect the chemical composition, temperature, static-sensitivity, and operating conditions of the airstream. FRP models use flame-retardant vinyl-ester resin construction, while thermoplastic models provide metal-free airstream designs.

These fans are used in chemical processing and corrosive environments, wastewater treatment plants, metal finishing lines, air pollution control scrubbers, pulp and paper mills, semiconductor and PCB manufacturing, laboratory fume hoods, dust collection, and industrial exhaust systems. The appropriate fan type depends on airflow, pressure, mounting arrangement, and gas-stream requirements.

Available capacity varies by product and configuration. CDD and CMV plastic fans are listed from 50 to 6,000 CFM, while FRP axial and centrifugal models are listed from 6,000 to 50,000 CFM. PVC and polypropylene blowers and CRDV fans are listed for applications up to 125,000 CFM. Final selection should account for system pressure and operating conditions.

Selected models are available with spark-resistant or spark-proof features for applications where static or ignition risk must be addressed. Options include spark-resistant PPs-EL material, graphite impregnation for static dissipation, and explosion-proof motors. The fan and motor combination must be reviewed against the facility classification and the characteristics of the handled airstream.

Installation options vary across the range and include duct mount, roof mount, vertical in-line, horizontal in-duct, and other system configurations. Available accessories include flexible connectors, flanges, reducers, vibration isolators, roof covers, and sound enclosures on applicable products.
